Your tasks

  • Growth:As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of MTS both nationally and internationally.
  • Selling and negotiating:The core of your day-to-day business will be expanding our customer base and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Teamwork:You will work closely with the marketing and product departments to develop new market and customer segments and improve our products and services.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets:You work independently and on your own responsibility to achieve and ideally exceed your sales targets.
  • Data management:You ensure the correct and timely tracking of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.

Your profile

  • You are a trained carpenter, joiner, cabinetmaker or timber construction engineer and have extensive expertise in all aspects of wood as a building material.
  • You have sales experience or even an existing network in timber construction
  • You have an excellent instinct for business opportunities - you find it easy to talk to people, you are a good listener and can translate customers' needs into offers.
  • You have a "hunter's mentality" and don't give up at the first "no" because you enjoy the challenge and are motivated to move timber construction forward.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are pragmatic and exceptionally well organized.
  • You are a team player - achieving personal goals is great, but success is even more fun together! We are a small team and look forward to your positive, cooperative attitude.
  • You have a "hands-on" mentality - independent working style, confident computer user skills and experience with CRM software.
  • You speak German and ideally English at a business fluent level.
  • You have excellent communication skills - confident manners and rhetorical skills.
