The entire timber construction planning was carried out by Mass Timber Solutions. Great emphasis was placed on design quality and structural precision. Industrial visible quality was used for the visible timber surfaces - an economical and aesthetically pleasing solution that emphasizes the natural character of the building material.
The building combines energy efficiency, natural materials and a contemporary room layout. The integrated carport and separate granny apartment also cater to flexible living requirements - whether for multi-generational living, guests or renting out.
