Einweg- & Mehrweg Hebesysteme

Disposable & reusable lifting systems Lifting equipment or slings are planned for each element, positioned in the individual part drawing and incorporated or used in the panel assembly.

1 - Reusable lifting systems

Taking into account the static framework conditions and the permissible load capacity and load-bearing capacity of the lifting equipment, the following reusable lifting equipment can be planned.

CLT ceiling
Expanding anchor

e.g. Pitzl Powerclamb / Sigha Pick
Bore (25 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm)

A hole is drilled in the expansion anchor for the lifting clamp. The lifting clamp must be provided by the timber constructor himself.

2 - One-way lifting systems

Lifting equipment and slings are planned for each element and positioned in the individual part drawing. The factory-installed lifting loops are disposable lifting loops and are therefore only suitable for single use.
CLT Plus high-resolution with loop
Lifting loops

for wall elements
(incl. Ø 30 mm hole)

2 drill holes with retracted loop near the top edge of the wall.

Recommended for industrial quality.
For exposed walls, the holes must be plugged/sealed on site.

CLT Cross laminated timber
Lifting loops with rod dowel

Ø 92 mm blind hole and Ø 17 mm hole,
Rod dowel Ø 16 mm
for exposed ceilings

The lifting loop is fastened in a blind hole using a rod dowel.

Blind hole for lifting screw wall

Blind hole 40/70 mm

Positioning in the center of gravity and drilling of the blind hole.

Attention! Suitable screws are not pre-assembled and must be inserted on site by the woodworker.
