Joinery services for CLT elements can be offered at the factory on a portal processing center.
The CNC industrial gantry machining center (PBA) quickly and precisely shapes the CLT elements with the integrated 5-axis universal milling unit, 5-axis circular saw and 5-axis chain saw into any planned shape.

Chimney openings
Outer contour | The cuts are at right angles to the surface of the panel. The outer contour is cut and milled. Inclined cuts of up to 60° to the panel surface are possible. |
Surface | For visible and industrial quality, the cut-outs in the corner area are milled with a finger cutter as standard. A corner radius of at least 20 mm is created, from 160 mm panel thickness 40 mm. The standard corner roundings can be reworked by hand or using a pointed cutter, e.g. for door and window cut-outs. |
Connection | Butt joint rebate 28 x 62 mm |
