Your tasks
- Communication and project management with customers and producers
- Planning, coordination, monitoring and invoicing of deliveries
- Accounting & bookkeeping support
- Complaint management with suppliers and customers
- Maintenance and preparation of supplier-related information (capacities, lead times, etc.)
- Creation of loading plans in coordination with customers
- Close and collaborative teamwork
Your profile
- Commercial training or professional experience suitable for the tasks
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Interest and possibly initial experience in project management
- Confident handling of modern office communication, very good IT skills
- Experience with logistics, ERP and/or CRM software an advantage
- Interest in wood as a building material
- Knowledge of (payroll) accounting is a plus
- Team player and hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented work attitude
