Billing guideline - how is it calculated?

The production dimensions of the smallest circumscribed rectangle are invoiced, whereby openings and offcuts are not deducted. Invoicing is based on the actual quantity and panel size, whereby this is only defined on the basis of the execution plans.

Product dimensions

  • Clearing widths
from 225 to 350 cm, in 5 cm increments
  • Calculation lengths
    from 800 - 1600 cm, in 5 cm steps

Special widths and lengths available on request!

The component waste results from the openings and the waste between the components. The offcut is not included in the delivery, unless it is necessary to leave the cut-out in the component by means of a bar for fixing.
Bending tolerances are permitted for wall, floor, ceiling and roof elements in accordance with DIN 18203 Part 3. The end faces are always of industrial quality.

Nesting & waste optimization

In order to keep waste as low as possible, we produce an individual waste optimization for each CLT panel. Matching components are optimally positioned on a panel in a so-called nesting process, thus making ideal use of the grid dimensions and minimizing waste.
